PROBLEMPROBLEM is a VM/CMS-based trouble ticketing system with email and web interfaces, designed for use with Mailbook and the WEBSHARE HTTP daemon.
PROBLEM was originally developed at Cornell University, but contributions from many other sources have been added. Documentation is provided in LISTING and SCRIPT files inside the VMARC bundle. Complete source code is included.
